I would rate the veterinarians at the clinic five stars without a doubt. The three star rating is due entirely to one of the Vet nurses. She was VERY quick to cut me off as I tried to give more accurate details after a second email from one of the other staff finally came through. Instead of listening to what I had to say she rudely cut me off and told me to wait for a vet to call. Without fail the Vet called and within 30 seconds of relaying the facts of the received email all was sorted and my pet insurance would get the info they required to finalise the account. Ill likely to change vets simply because of this one awful woman. * Word of advice - LISTEN to a person who needs an account sorted accurately for pet insurance purposes. One thing that makes most people angry is issues with money. What should have been a 30 second solution took longer and dragged a Vet in to what was not her job.
Have use this veterinary clinic for many years and have always had great service and they've always looked after my animals well.

This has to be by far the best vet experience we've had. We saw Dr. Jess with our 5 year old Jack Russel. She addressed all our concerns and was thorough in her explanation and gave us several ways of combating some of our current health concerns. My only regret is that we didn't find her sooner. The office was well staffed, knowledgeable and running on time .
