Although it must be hard to have lost both your mother and sister in the past two months and Allso to be diagnosed with a serious illness your self yesterday.I still need to write this review as it was from a business perspective taking emotions away.I would not use this service again as they have pour commication.The time of delivery was changed 3 times over 2 days due to traffic problems/truck breaking down and than finally after 3 hours of calls and texts he answers my phone not my wife's.(My wife was making all the calls from her phone)I was concerned for my piano wondering if I would even see it again.However Mick did discount me $80 after I asked and I now have our piano.
